A friendly family run hotel, situated in its own grounds with spectacular views of Torbay, close to the beach, harbour and town centre. Our public areas and bedrooms (some with sea view and balconies) are well decorated and we pride ourselves on employing friendly staff who serve extremely good home-cooking. Ample off-road parking is available and on most nights, entertainment is provided for your enjoyment (subject to numbers). An outdoor swimming pool is a feature of our beautiful gardens which are noted for being a gorgeous sun-trap during the summer months in Torquay. Bus services into town run from directly outside the hotel and during the season a service also runs to Cockington Village. Sorry we do not accommodate single-sex parties. From the M5 join the A380 to the Penn Inn Roundabout. Follow the signs to Torquay. Keep travelling and go straight across the Riviera roundabout and through the next set of traffic lights. Further along, you will pass Rosebys, Currys and McDonalds on your left and the hospital on your right. Straight through these lights and the next 2 sets. When you pass Torre Station (next to Halfords)get into the right hand lane at the traffic lights travelling into Avenue Road. Carry along Avenue Road, straight through at the next set of traffic lights and passing Cockington School on the right. At the next set of lights turn left into Falkland Road. The Nethway is on the right hand side of the road towards the top end.
